Toshiba Teli America has introduced its CSB4000 series of machine vision cameras, extending the scope of CMOS camera capabilities with ultra-high resolution, FireWire® or Camera Link® output, full-frame global shutter, and window of interest functionality.

The CSB4000CL is a monochrome video camera with Camera Link interface, and the CSB4000F is a monochrome video camera with FireWire output. Both are suitable for high-end machine vision, factory automation, microscopy, and quality control. Both cameras are built around a 4-megapixel CMOS sensor with a 12.048mm x 12.282mm image area.
