High performance robotic blister line

The Marchesini INTEGRA 300 robotized blister line shown in this video integrates into a single robotized monoblock the two operations of blister thermoforming and cartoning. The line is managed by a PC and features a small footprint.

The INTEGRA's speed exceeds 300 blisters per minute and 150 cartons per minute. Thermoforming cycles exceed 95 per minute. Parameters are set on the PC to ensure fast changeover. The forming station is entirely managed by low maintenance brushless motors as are the reel unwinder and film positioner.
