As Group Operations Director, McDermott will report directly to the Group Managing Director. He will have overall responsibility for the three manufacturing sites located in the United States and United Kingdom.
Dwyer will be responsible for the U.S. Operation located in Rock Hill, SC.
Both McDermott and Dwyer have a significant level of operational and commercial experience, gained both within and outside of Bradman Lake’s business.
