Model 15-DLX is the latest two-station, semi-automatic shuttle heat sealer from Zed Industries (Vandalia, OH). Sealing now takes place over the tray system to minimize required floor space to 26" x 66" and facilitate quick change-overs.

Operators simply slide the tray, with a 14" x 15" seal area and 4" blister depth, into the seal stations and push the start buttons to begin the 3-second sealing. Works with Tyvek®, paper and foil.
