MGS Machine has introduced a third-generation high-speed blister-card folder/wallet-packaging system for pharmaceuticals, designed with an emphasis on modular stations and devices for future flexibility and product changeover. Machines are available at speeds to 300 packages/min.

Produces pharmaceutical wallet cards or provides assembly and folding of heat-sealed card. The system can be configured for either online use with blister thermoformer or offline use in batch mode. Folding, insertion of literature and attachments, printing, coding, inspection and verification, and sealing are accomplished with field- or factory-installed modules. Features toolless adjustments.
