Low maintenance v/f/f/s machine

Engineered for low cost of maintenance using off-the-shelf parts, the VerTek’s open frame design makes it easy to access for production personnel. Fabricated with a single piece stainless steel frame, the unit is cleaner in design and offers better accessibility for maintenance than other brands.

Capable of forming, filling, and sealing laminated, metalized and polyethylene materials in a variety of shapes and sizes; the VerTek 800 is compact and features a simplified swiveling mount for the vertical back seal for an even and precise seal.
