The 8000S can run a wide range of packaging materials and can accommodate 3- and 6-in. cores for the dual supply mandrels. Servo control for precise, repeatable motion actuation is featured on the drive chain and forming and sealing presses.

The 8000S has maximum web width of 20 in. and index length of 18 in.  The 8000S is also designed for maximum hygiene.

The dual unwind stand comes standard with automatic edge guide for the bottom web, which ensures smooth operation and low operator involvement. The control system is based on Allen-Bradley PLCs. The HMI is designed to make changeover fast and accurate, provide management with relevant production information, and ensure that maintenance personnel have the information they need for trouble shooting and ongoing support.

The company also provides change parts kits that lower inventory costs and help ensure high uptime. Stainless steel construction provides durability in harsh environments.
