ARCIL: FFS line for dairy food industry

The cost-effective ARCIL IZI form/fill/seal (FFS) line produces 4-oz. cups with complete in-mold labeling at an output of 240 cups/min. (14,400 cups/h) and is built for continual-duty operation.

Versatile cutting capability can produce packs in a 2-, 4-, or 8-cup format for packaging of fresh dairy products and desserts. Compact and ergonomic design provides in-mold-labeling with “helicopter” transfer system to allow the use of high-quality, printed, hotmelt adhered paper. The CIP-capable filler fills products with a variety of configurations including: single or multi-flavors, mixed and twisted at various viscosities and temperatures. Thermo-sealed lid is made of affordable paper/polyester.
