Useful for low- to medium-volume hand load operations, baggers are capable of bagging at speeds up to 25 bags per minute. The PS 125 tabletop systems can operate in three cycling modes: manual Push-to-Seal, foot switch, and fully automatic. Loaded bags are automatically heat sealed and a new, pre-opened bag is indexed with each cycle. PS 125 and PS 125 OneStep baggers are portable, with a 22-in. by 19-in. footprint. and weighing just 82 and 110 pounds, respectively. A convenient, turntable design allows the bagger to spin within its footprint for easy bag loading. Baggers use Autobag pre-opened bags-on-a-roll in sizes from 2 to 10.5 inches wide and 4 to 17 inches long. Job changeovers are fast and easy with a front panel control screen that stores settings for up to 10 jobs. On-board diagnostics simplify troubleshooting.
