Biomax^® Strong 120, which toughens PLA packaging materials while maintaining compliance with food contact requirements in the U.S. and Europe. Providing toughness with only minimal reduction in package clarity, this grade is said to allow food marketers to take better advantage of environmentally preferred solutions in packages such as clamshells used in fresh produce sections.
