This development follows TMT’s completion in 2006 of an $8 million expansion project in which it added 280,000 sq ft of high-bay warehousing space and a 10,000-sq-ft maintenance facility at its Napoleon location. TMT customers invested $22 million in inventory to be stored at the new warehouse, bringing the total project investment to $30 million.
