Nordson Corporation: Hot melt flush kit

The new Melter Flush Service Kit from Nordson makes hot melt adhesive system cleaning safer and easier. System flushing reduces char and excess dirt that can clog adhesive melters, hoses, and nozzles.

Kit includes a steel bucket for disposal of old adhesives and fluids, 1 gal of “R” fluid, HMC Hot Melt Cleaner, cleaning cloths, plastic scraper, aluminum drain pan, brass and soft bristle brushes, safety glasses, high-temperature gloves, rubber gloves, sleeve protectors, hose straps, and an instruction sheet.
