Thermoformed tray denester with custom venting hole puncher
Watch this video from Graphic Packaging that shows a customized tray denesting system that punches venting holes into trays. Pick-and-place reciprocal vacuum placer places trays on indexing conveyor, and uses custom mechanisms to punch holes (for venting purposes) in three different tray designs, before discharging.
