Stäubli Robotics Stericlean robots facilitate automation in demanding aseptic environments. Their hygienic design features a fully enclosed structure with special seals to minimize airborne particles, a smooth surface with no retention areas, and a special high-resistance coating.

The TX2-60 Stericlean robot automates medical device manufacturing processes. Paired with a flexible feeding platform from Stäubli partner Asyril, the robot can pick and place medical device components. The feeding module uses AI vision to locate acceptable parts and transmit their pick coordinates to the robot. Production is tracked by means of a monitor, allowing full traceability. Both safety and efficiency are assured.

The Stäubli hygienic TS2-60 HE (humid environment) robot can withstand rigorous washdown procedures. It picks up product from a conveyor and places it precisely into its packaging, minimizing human intervention and relieving workers of tedious and repetitive tasks, while protecting the sterility of the product and increasing productivity.
