Made of stainless steel, the Calbrite hazardous location fitting has a flameproof barrier gland with an operating temperature range of -76 °F to 185 °F, while the hygienic fitting features a straight external thread. The hazardous location Flex compression fitting is corrosion and oil resistant and has a nylon compression seal, compound barrier, and flameproof barrier gland. The hygienic Flex fitting is corrosion and oil resistant. Suitable for knockouts or threaded entries, the compression fitting is comprised of a nut, insert, and nylon compression seal.
