Featuring a 72-in. wide belt, the FPS spiral freezer matches higher-capacity upstream equipment, such as ovens and fryers, up to 6 ft in width. The direct drive spiral freezer conveyor system measures 38-ft wide from the outside belt edge to the belt edge. Suitable for a range of products, including chopped and formed vegetable and potato products, as well as bakery lines, the spiral unit can freeze products at speeds up to 22,000 lb/hr.
