Able to process hard-to-form products, the Nutec forming system features a rotary vane pump feed system that portions up to 7,000 lb of product per hr, which it feeds directly to the mold plate cavity. The all-hydraulic 760H patty forming system, with a 26-in. usable mold plate width, is available with a variety of mold plate materials to run beef, pork, poultry, fish, veal, lamb, or vegetables. The drive speed is adjustable from 15 to 80 strokes/min.
