The Heat and Control filtration system preserves frying oil quality by removing solids, such as coating and crumbs, during production. Compatible with any fryer, the OilSaver system accommodates up to 60 gallons per minute in a small area. The dry cake discharge recovers large quantities of oil and returns it to the fryer. The system is suitable for coated protein products, peanuts, snack foods, appetizers, and other fried foods.
