The TruDress ULTRA II continues in the proven TruDress tradition, but with new features and the same accuracy and reliability it has come to be known for providing near “on machine” dressing accuracy. At IMTS 2016 Advanced Superabrasives will be also be showcasing their TrueDress Enclosure which not only provides additional operator protection, but also improves their best in the industry dust collection. This enclosure has been specified by customers such as Kennametal, Honda, Toyota and Chrysler.
The ergonomic design remains allowing for easy access and mounting of the wheel packs, and new for 2016 will be the servo motor controls on the “x” and “y” axis affording total touch screen setup.
Offered in 2 models, the ULTRA II is available with either the proven push button semi-automatic HSK63 Work Head or the new for 2016 push button semi-automatic SK40 Work Head eliminating the old draw bar mounting.
The ULTRA II HSK63 directly accepts HSK63 B, D, & F and HSK50 A, C, & E back ends and adapters are readily available to mate with all other HSK sizes as well as many other spindle configurations.
The even more versatile ULTRA II SK40 with its new for 2016 push button operation directly accepts NMTB40, CAT40, Big Plus and SK40 spindles and is capable of mounting all sizes of HSK’s using SK40 to HSK Adapters.
