Vision Research: Compact digital camera

The Phantom Miro M320S from Vision Research is a small, lightweight, rugged digital high-speed camera that provides precise control over resolution, frame rate, exposure time, and trigger point, and now includes HD-SDI for advanced monitoring and workflow possibilities.

The M320S is a 2 megapixel camera with 3.2 Gigapixels/second (Gpx/s) throughput. This translates to 1380 fps at 1920 x 1200, or over 1500 fps at 1920 x 1080. The M320S uses microlenses on its custom-designed CMOS sensor with 10 μm pixel pitch to achieve great light sensitivity.  12-bit pixel depth provides excellent image quality.  The 3.2 Gpx/s throughput, precise timing, camera synchronization, flexible triggering, excellent light sensitivity, and many other advanced features help gain insight into products and processes, allowing users to see what cannot be seen with the human eye.

Each Miro M-Series camera is compatible with Vision Research’s unique CineFlash storage technology and supports four lens mounts: F-, C-, PL- or EOS.
