The new High Speed Microb-Blaster from Fogg allows bottles or caps to be sanitized in a dry, residue-free environment while achieving 2-6 log reductions of micro-organisms.

Cap system uses infeed and discharge escapements with sensors to ensure the amount of exposure time is controlled in a fail-safe manner. PLC-controlled system sanitizes caps at speeds to 1겨/min and may be retro-fitted to any existing filler.
