Currently offered on the Performa™ SP, this new technology can process as many as 4,500 pouches/min with demonstrated fill accuracy of 1 g +/-0.5 g at 3.8 sigma and demonstrated exact count collation of 1,000 +/-0 at 3.5 sigma. It was developed by re-engineering Cloud’s transfer wheel, which is used in the collation process.
