Product from failed blisters can be deblistered intact and immediately repackaged. After the “blue dye” test, packs and their contents cannot be reused whether they pass or not. BlisterScan’s test cycle is only 2 min, and detects weak seals and leaks as small as 5 microns across a full cross-section of the blister web.
