Unit features 230/460 v 3 phase electrics to allow variable speeds; also, the sorter will stop when the flow of bottles stops. Speeds are adjustable from the HMI to improve sorting performance and minimize recirculation abuse. On a line running several different bottles, the Z-24 can be preset for each bottle for simple, efficient changeover. The unit’s direct drive means fewer parts, no belts or pulleys, and therefore reduced maintenance. Clear hopper allows easy visibility for refill status, while the bulk cap elevator removes need for elevated loading.
