Duravant anounces new marketing communications manager

Duravant announced that Amanda Peters has been named Marketing Communications Manager.

Peters will lead all corporate marketing communications activities, including tradeshows, advertising, public relations, content, and digital marketing. Peters will also work closely with the marketing teams at Duravant’s operating companies: Arpac, Fischbein, Hamer-Fischbein, Mespack, FMH Conveyors, Marlen International, and Ohlson Packaging.

“I was attracted to Duravant’s highly experienced and transparent leadership team as well as their focus on dynamic growth,” Peters said. “I look forward to assisting Duravant and its operating companies in achieving and exceeding goals, and helping to position the Duravant brand as the worldwide leader in innovative and reliable engineered equipment.”

Peters brings over 12 years of experience in marketing and advertising, most recently serving in the roles of Senior Brand Activist and Senior Account Manager for Esrock Partners, a foodservice marketing agency. While at Esrock, Peters worked with brands such as Tyson Foods, High Liner Foods, McCain Foods and General Mills on overall communications plans focused on brand strategy, positioning, research, and content marketing. Prior to Esrock, Peters led the marketing efforts for Eby-Brown, a wholesale distributor to the convenience store industry.

Peters graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a Bachelor of Science degree in Advertising/Communications and resides in New Lenox, Illinois.
