The 857-809 potentiometer signal conditioner features a wide range of input signals (10 to 100 k O) with configuration available via DIP-switches, teach-in switches, configuration software or the JUMPFLEX To-Go app for Android mobile devices. With precise signal values less than 0.1% transmission error, the 857-809 provides safe electrical operation with 2.5kV three-way isolation.
The compact signal conditioner is only 6mm wide, yet it offers a wide operating temperature range of -25°C to 70°C and all the benefits of CAGE CLAMPS connection technology. The potentiometer signal conditioner can be utilized across a variety of applications including hydraulic lift/stage, robotic controls, position control and rotary positioning.
