“Kristin brings a wealth of engineering experience to this position and will be a great resource for our customers as well as our internal team,” states Barry Daggett, director of engineering and product development.
For customers just beginning their packaging selection, Springer will provide guidance on appropriate bottle, closure and liner options and will participate in product line validation, so that customers can be assured their package will meet all established requirements. She is available for technical support, and will make sure customers receive accurate and up-to-date product drawings, as well as regulatory and compliance documentation supporting a closed loop sales system.
Springer brings more than 15 years of engineering experience to Weatherchem. She worked for Little Tikes in positions that included Industrial/Mechanical Engineer and New Product Manufacturing Engineer. Most recently she worked for Swagelok where she held several engineering positions. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of Akron and an MBA from Kent State University.
