GaleWrap and Yellow Jacket previously operated as independent business units of Illinois Tool Works (ITW). ITW Muller will now offer GaleWrap Oriented hand films and innovative Oriented Equipment. Along with GaleWrap, ITW Muller will market the Yellow Jacket brand of orbital stretch wrappers. These products will complement the stretch wrap film and equipment that Muller has traditionally been known for and will continue to offer.
By rolling the GaleWrap and Yellow Jacket brands under the ITW Muller business, Muller can offer a broader line of stretch wrap packaging solutions, while simultaneously streamlining operations and better servicing customers. “Our customers will benefit by gaining access to more products, services, and solutions.” says Joe Albert, General Manager at ITW Muller. “In addition, they will be able to simplify their ordering, shipping, billing, and customer service requests, while working with informed Muller sales, technical, and customer service representatives.”
ITW Muller is also introducing a new global stretch wrap equipment line. Muller has teamed up with its counterparts in Europe, ITW Haloila, to standardize on an equipment offering that will be consistent worldwide. ITW Muller will continue operations in Montreal, Canada but with a focus on delivering innovative retrofits and cost saving enhancements to existing equipment installations.
