Massman Automation acquires PASE Group, Inc.

PASE Group was founded in 2002 and has provided a variety of liquid filling, lidding, denesting, depalletization, conveying and material handling equipment to the food, paint and coatings, chemical, petroleum, personal care and the beverage industries.  They specialize in complete system integration, SCADA control systems, intrinsically safe and/or explosion proof control packages.  The newly formed company as a result of the acquisition will be PASE Group – Massman, LLC.

PASE Group’s products will complement Massman Automation Designs, LLC wide range of existing products allowing for a more extensive product offering to our customers including complete filling line solutions through end of line packaging.
