A 1993 graduate of the University of Chicago with a Masters in Business Administration and a CPA, McHugh previously served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for R.R. Donnelley & Sons Company, a global integrated communications solutions provider based in Chicago, IL. He has also held financial positions in Mirant Corporation, California Energy Company, Westpac Banking Corporation and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
