Durex offers a wide assortment of in-stock and custom flexible heaters in Kapton® and silicone rubber materials to suit the needs of medical and other markets.

Heaters offer good tensile strength and tear resistance, with precision heat distribution. Well-suited to temperatures from 319º to 392ºF. Heaters in stock are standard at 0.007” thick and as large as 20” x 26” in area. Watt density is 5W/sq” standard. Heaters permit composite bonding and curing, as well as repair and fabrication operations. Equal length circuits and a cool tab are provided, as is a fiberglass reinforced heater cover.
