The Material Master PowerFill explosion-proof bulk bag filling system, from Material Transfer, is designed for Class I, Division II, explosion-proof service.

The system includes stainless steel product contact surfaces, Power-Lift fill head height adjustments system, stainless steel loading deck, a bag “present” sensor, and a full-integrated bag inflation package. Other features include a dust-tight inflatable spout seal, wash down duty weigh modules, and digital weight indicator. Controls are housed in a pressurized NEMA enclosure.
