All areas of machines that contact food items have been redesigned to comply with hygienic specifications and to provide easy cleaning. Infeed area on all Universa models was also redesigned, replacing the regular infeed belt with a wash-down cord infeed. The new infeed is easily removed and may be cleaned with a pressure washer.
