Amprod, LLC, a provider of industrial automation and systems integration services, has acquired Simmtech Process Engineering, an established Canadian systems integrator known for its technical expertise and strong customer partnerships across North America.
This acquisition strengthens Amprod’s presence in Canada and enhances its ability to deliver end-to-end automation, integration and smart manufacturing solutions to more customers in more regions.

Simmtech will now be Simmtech Process Solutions, a part of EnSight Solutions, the Amprod LLC division devoted to manufacturing hygienic food processing solutions.
Both Simmtech and Amprod vendors and customers can expect continuity in service, relationships and project execution—now backed by the resources and expertise of the Amprod network.
