Ebro Sells Riviana Foods U.S. Branded Pastas

TreeHouse Foods has bought the majority of Ebro’s pasta business, which will strengthen its portfolio and deliver greater value to its shareholders.

TreeHouse Foods has paid Ebro Foods $242.5 million to acquire the majority of Ebro’s Riviana Foods U.S. branded pasta business. The acquisition includes the Skinner, No Yolks, American Beauty, Creamette, San Giorgio, Prince and Light ‘n Fluffy, Mrs. Weiss’, New Mill, P&R Procino-Rossi, and Wacky Mac brands, as well as Ebro’s St. Louis manufacturing facility.
