Molson Coors Sells Irwindale Brewery

The sale will allow Molson Coors to streamline its operations for greater efficiency across its network and strengthen its liquidity.

Molson Coors Beverage Company has sold its Irwindale, Calif. brewery property to Irwindale Brew Yard, a subsidiary of Pabst Brewing Company, for $150 million. Molson Coors has already transitioned its production from Irwindale to its breweries in Golden, Colo. and Fort Worth, Texas.
