GMA getting new name

The Grocery Manufacturers Association is changing its name to Consumer Brands Association in 2020, which aligns the group with its new agenda that will concentrate on the concerns of its members and today’s consumers. The four priorities of that agenda are making packaging more sustainable, seeking uniform regulation, pushing for trust and transparency about products, and improving the country’s supply chain.
