Container drying before CIJ imprint

With the SureCode Drying & Printing system, containers flow through an integrated drying/blow-off chamber to remove any water or debris prior to printing for clear, legible, and reliable codes. Using JetAir’s high-speed, high-efficiency blower and Domino’s Ax-Series continuous ink-jet technology, this system has built-in quality assurance. It’s designed to handle the widest range of containers and line speeds to 2,100 containers/min. It integrates into existing packaging lines and all plant control networks. The SureCode is PackML compliant and has Rockwell Variable Frequency Drives standard.
