Clear Choice Awards call for entries

The Glass Packaging Institute opens competition for its 2009 Clear Choice Awards.

The Glass Packaging Institute (GPI, www.gpi.org) will honor package designs in the following categories: alcoholic beverage, nonalcoholic beverage, and food. GPI will also choose one package design to receive the Clear Choice Award for Overall Package Design, and honor eligible entries with GPI’s Conversion Recognition.

To enter, visit www.gpi.org/clear-choice-awards and fill out an e-Call-for-Entries form. All entries must be postmarked by Thursday, July 30, 2009. Winners will be announced via the GPI Web site the week of September 21, 2009.

Winning products will be displayed at Pack Expo Las Vegas, October 5-7 and the Worldwide Food Expo, Chicago, October 28-31.
