(Lynchburg, VA) has gained the exclusive rights to market, service and distribute Arol S.p.A products for the North American market. Lasertechnics (Albuquerque, NM) has signed an exclusive North and Central America distribution agreement with Alltec GmbH (Lübeck, Germany). Sonoco (Hartsville, SC) has purchased the composite can operations of Amcor Packaging (Sydney, Austrailia). Garvens Automation GmbH (Giesen, Germany) has created a U.S. subsidiary, American Garvens Corp. (Pine Brook, NJ).
