The Middleby Corporation has acquired Hinds-Bock Corporation, a major manufacturer of solutions for filling and depositing bakery and food products. Based in Bothell, WA, Hinds-Bock has approximately $15 million in annual revenues.

The Middleby Corporation, a global leader in the foodservice equipment industry, develops, manufactures, markets and services equipment used in commercial foodservice, food processing and residential kitchens. The acquisition will allow Middleby to offer integrated solutions for its high-volume baking and processing needs, and will complement the existing bakery and processing systems of its current brands. Its equipment brands for the food processing industry include Alkar, Armor Inox, Auto-Bake, Baker Thermal Solutions, Burford, Cozzini, CVP Systems, Danfotech, Drake, Glimek, Maurer-Atmos, MP Equipment, RapidPak, Scanico, Spooner Vicars, Stewart Systems and Thurne.
