Expert solutions for difficult pumping conditions

Sanitary pumps are suitable for a wide range of food applications

NEMO BY Sanitary Prime pump
NEMO BY Sanitary Prime pump

NETZSCH Pumps North America, LLC (pumps.netzsch.com) highlighted five pumps at PACK EXPO Las Vegas. An economical, FDA-compliant solution, the NEMO BY Sanitary Prime pump handles everything from low-viscosity media to products barely capable of flowing, with or without solid content. The NEMO BH Sanitary Advanced pump is built for meats, dairy products and sauces, and other products requiring gentle handling and/or high viscosity, while the NEMO BH Sanitary Advanced Plus pump meets the strictest hygienic standards and can be used when CIP time needs to be minimized.

FDA compliant and intended for non-free-flowing applications, the NEMO BO Sanitary Prime Open Hopper pump has an integrated auger that forces non-flowing product into the pumping area. The T.SANO self-priming, valve-less rotary lobe pump features a full service-in-place design and a smooth, flat profile rotor, making it suitable for any kind of liquid, including media containing gas, solids or fibrous matter.
