Matcon liquid addition system
The Matcon liquid addition system enables the addition of liquids into a wide range of powder recipe mixes in a contained manner. It automatically injects one controlled liquid “shot” per rotation directly into the powder mix enclosed in a Matcon intermediate bulk container during its blending cycle. Designed to deliver additions of liquids in the range of 5 to 150 L, the system consists of a freestanding pillar supporting a reciprocating pump and weight monitoring system, onto which a liquid tank is mounted.
