MAP test method does not consume protective gas

The Witt-Gasetechnik Oxybeam table top gas analyzer measures how much of its Class I infrared laser’s light is absorbed in modified atmosphere packaging to determine oxygen content, non-destructively. Only a small viewing window into the interior of the packaging is required; no separate reflecting surface is necessary. Test results to an accuracy of 0.1 percent absolute are available in approximately four seconds. All measurements can be stored and/or exported for evaluation and archiving.
