Ideal for multiproduct applications, the Syntegon flow wrapper can wrap individual or grouped products, including bakery goods, bars, fresh and frozen products, confectionery, snacks, prepared foods, household goods, and many other items. The fully automated Pack 202 horizontal flow wrapper machine produces up to 300 pillow, gusseted, and easy-to-open packs per min at a film speed of 50 meters. It features a standard 450-mm dual back stand, engraved splicing instructions on the deck plates, fin modules that can be tilted and adjusted at the turn of a knob, a double-spring cross-seal unit, and sequentially numbered film rollers that facilitate film threading. Rockwell controls and HMI 4.0 are standard on units for the North American market.
