Sirane Ltd.: Cooking bag for grill

The Sira-Cook Barbecue Bag from Sirane is a cooking bag that can be used on a barbecue grill or in an oven with or without sauce in the bag.

The bag, which is capable of withstanding direct heat from flames, allows a retailer to sell a steak with a sauce inside a bag that the user will be able to cook directly on a barbecue grill.  The bag can simply be folded over by the user, or heat-sealed as a retail pack—which would allow over-the-counter sales of leak-proof ready-to-barbecue packs.

The bag is available in a number of sizes and in a standard and non-stick version. It comes with a clear top panel so users can see what’s being cooked.  Suitable for meat, fish, poultry, and vegetables.  Available as a retail stand-alone product.
