The 7- to 9-layer proprietary coextrusion features an organoleptic sealant layer, nylon, and an optional EVOH layer for additional oxygen barrier. The nylon helps provide structural strength while also acting as a barrier to odor ingress. Pouches are available in a range of shapes and sizes from 175 to 1,000 mL. Companies may choose from more than a dozen stock pouch designs, or have a custom shape created. Spouted fitment options (with or without 1-way valves) are also available.
