Pactech Packaging moves into new facility in Rochester, NY

Pactech Packaging LLC has moved into a new state-of-the-art 127,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility.

The new facility contains 95,000 sq. ft. of production floor space including a certified class 10,000 clean room and a class 100,000 clean room. Pactech is in the process of becoming AIB (American Institute of Baking) certified and should achieve certification by the end of 2011.

“The overall benefit is a bright, clean space providing significant increases in overall efficiencies from our previous facility,” Chad Buchta, President of Pactech Packaging LLC, said.    “The new facility will also allow Pactech to have a more efficient work flow, a cleaner overall production environment and improved employee pride and moral. This provides Pactech the ability to better serve our customers for the long-term.  Each of our customers has specific requirements with regard to quality and design, our new facility better enables us to satisfy these unique requirements.”
