Sure-Peel Pouch Laminate combines high burst strength with low, consistent peel strength and has a consistent peel response with seal temperatures from 350° to 450°F. The easy-to-open pouch with a full panel-peel, allows easy and full access to the product, which is ideal for products such as teeth whitening strips, surgical equipment and temperature sensitive pharmaceuticals, like fast-dissolving medicine film-strips. It maintains seal integrity with product sterilization temperatures as high as 200°F and runs on existing form/fill/seal machinery. Additionally, Reynolds’ Sure-Peel technology offers high heat resistance, hot tack, and product resistance. Sure-Peel Pouch Laminate can be printed with Reynolds’ rotogravure or flexographic high quality printing processes.
