Video shows robotic cartoning, case-pack, flow-wrap turnkey line for candy and snack bars

Video clip shows a turnkey line from flow wrapping through shrink bundling, featuring equipment from Bradman Lake.

Bradman Lake video shows an entire turnkey packaging line for candy bars. First the line single-files bulk-fed candy bars, and orients them into a single file before feeding into a flow-wrap system. After flow-wrapping, conveyors right-angles the bars for infeed into a robotic pick-and-place cartoning system. A carton erector, also part of the line, erects paperboard cartons. After a robotic pick-and-place head deposits bars into the carton, the carton is sealed and conveyed to a shrink bundler system, which completes the line.
